Pacific Developmental Pathways Ltd. (Pathways) was created in 1993 to provide "Better Lives" for people with a developmental disability, their families and caregivers.

In response to a need for a greater diversity of service providers in the Fraser Valley area, We began providing employment and day services in the Langley area and within 5 years. We had established day and residential programs in Langley, Surrey, Abbotsford and Chilliwack. The hallmark of our services has been to offer extremely effective services in a very cost effective way. Our core business has been to offer innovative support solutions for people with very complex and challenging needs.

"Pathways" provides a wide range of residential and non-residential services in the Fraser Valley communities of Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Langley and Surrey.

"Pathways" is a fully accredited, person focused organization that provides quality supports and services to people facing a range of challenges. We are committed to the concepts and principles of “Community Living” and, as much as possible, use generic, community based facilities and services.
