Pathways provides residential services, including supporting people in group homes, family care homes and respite care. Supports are provided through professional staff, available 24 hours a day.

Group Home & Family Care Home:

People are supported in all aspects of their emotional and physical needs. As with all of our programs, each is encouraged in the areas of:

• Employment, entrepreneurial or volunteer work
• Educational opportunities
• Community based recreation and leisure opportunities
• Living skills, including health & wellness
• Interpersonal relationships.

All of our residential supports strive to have people as involved in the community, as they are able.

Respite Care:

Respite care provides families and caregivers with a safe and reliable option for short term care for family members.

Placement is done with careful planning with families and all respite care homes are carefully screened.
