Pathways programs operate in the communities of Langley, Abbotsford and Chilliwack.

Each participant has his or her own individualized program, drawn from their goals, as outlined by themselves, their families and support team. We encourage and support each individual to have a balanced program.

Each participant has his or her own individualized program, drawn from their goals, as outlined by themselves, their families and support team. We encourage and support each individual to have a balanced program, in the areas of:

• Employment, entrepreneurial or volunteer work
• Educational opportunities
• Community based recreation and leisure opportunities
• Living Skills, including Health & Wellness
• Interpersonal Relationships

Pathways does not believe that people need to "get ready" to be a part of their community, but that each individual learns most effectively, using the community as a vehicle for learning. Participants are encouraged to become as independent as they are able. As experiences grow, so does the participants’ ability to make more informed choices about the future and develop new and meaningful relationships.

Pathways day services operate 5 days per week, 6 hours per day. Programs are open year round, only closing for statutory holidays. Each individual arrives and returns home from their program by using their natural mode of transportation - for example, public transit, walking or being driven by a family member or caregiver.
